Lazy Bags Warranty Documentation

1. Warranty Coverage and Limitations

This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Jkans Group LLC (referred to hereafter as "the Company"), headquartered at 2525 E Date Palm Paseo, Ontario, CA 91764. This Warranty covers Lazy Bags (referred to hereafter as "the Product"). By purchasing the Product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Warranty.

2. Warranty Terms and Duration

2.1. Duration of Warranty: The Warranty lasts for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). The Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.

3. Covered Items

3.1. Defects in Materials and Workmanship: This Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship found in the Product during the Warranty Period. These defects may include but are not limited to:

  • Stitching or seam failures.
  • Material defects.
  • Manufacturing flaws.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

4.1. The Warranty does not cover damages or defects arising from:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence.
  • Accidents or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Use of the Product beyond its specified weight capacity.
  • Exposure to extreme weather conditions or environmental factors.
  • Commercial use or use in non-standard conditions.

4.2. The Company reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the outlined criteria or that fall under the listed exclusions and limitations.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

5.1. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer must:

  • Contact Jkans Group LLC at (808)747-6379 within the Warranty Period.
  • Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Follow the instructions provided by the Company's customer support team for processing the claim.

6. Company's Obligations

6.1. If a valid warranty claim is established during the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective Product.
  • Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product.
  • Offer a refund for the purchase price of the Product.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1. The customer is responsible for:

  • Properly maintaining and caring for the Product to prevent defects or damages not covered by this Warranty.
  • Covering any shipping or transportation costs associated with warranty claims, unless otherwise specified by the Company.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product, as determined by the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with those laws.

By purchasing a Lazy Bag from Jkans Group LLC, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this Warranty. This document constitutes the entire warranty agreement between the customer and Jkans Group LLC.
